We’re currently seeking an experienced and motivated Affiliate Marketing Manager to join our growing team, focusing on B2B Sales CRM Software clients. In this role, you will manage affiliate marketing campaigns and initiatives for a key agency client, driving performance and supporting business growth objectives. Working closely with the client, your account director, and account executive and other internal teams and external partners, you'll play a key role in executing campaigns, optimising results, and nurturing client relationships.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with solid experience in affiliate marketing and B2B to take on more responsibility while collaborating with industry-leading teams.
Campaign Management:
Oversee the day-to-day management of affiliate marketing campaigns, ensuring they meet client goals for revenue growth, ROI, and brand exposure.
Client Support & Strategy Execution:
Work directly with the client to understand their business objectives, interpret briefs, and develop strategies that align with their goals. Provide ongoing support and make recommendations for optimising affiliate marketing programs.
Team Collaboration:
Collaborate with internal teams and the senior Account Director to execute client strategies. Assist in coordinating efforts across various departments to ensure seamless integration and alignment with broader marketing efforts.
Affiliate Partner & Network Relations:
Build and maintain strong relationships with affiliate partners, publishers, and network platforms. Leverage these partnerships to identify new opportunities for clients and drive incremental revenue.
Performance Tracking & Reporting:
Monitor daily campaign performance, analyse key metrics, and prepare regular reports for clients. Use data to make informed recommendations for optimisation and improvement.
Trend Identification:
Stay up to date with industry trends, new technologies, and market insights within the B2B SaaS and CRM sectors. Use this knowledge to identify opportunities for clients and suggest innovative strategies for growth.
Process Improvement:
Assist in refining internal processes and workflows to improve campaign delivery and efficiency. Work closely with the team to ensure best practices are consistently applied.
Experience with Affiliate Platforms:
Proficiency with platforms such as Partnerize, Impact, Awin, CJ, Rakuten, or similar is essential. Experience working with B2B SaaS companies or in affiliate marketing for software clients is highly advantageous.
B2B Marketing Knowledge:
Understanding of the B2B buyer journey and the unique challenges of marketing SaaS or CRM software.
Organizational Skills:
Strong organizational abilities with the capacity to manage multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously, while ensuring deadlines are met and objectives are achieved.
Communication Skills:
Clear and concise communicator, capable of managing client expectations, interpreting briefs, and collaborating effectively with partners, publishers, and internal teams.
Analytical Mindset:
Ability to analyse data, interpret performance metrics, and translate insights into actionable strategies for improving campaign results.
Adaptability & Initiative:
A self-starter with a proactive approach to problem-solving. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with evolving technologies and processes.
