Overview

We are looking for an Account Manager to support an existing Client Experience and Leadership (CEL) team in the delivery of agency services one of Assembly’s flagship clients.

The successful candidate will contribute to the development of effective omnichannel media plans that drive significant growth for our client across brand and performance. In addition, the candidate will support the Account Director in orchestrating all internal teams, ensuring Assembly delivers a consistently high output across all departments, and will work with the Account Director to identify opportunities for growth via the expansion of services or through client procurement of the agency’s Data, Tech and Business Consulting products.

Working on this flagship account requires someone who is proactive, confident and passionate about delivering high quality media services to their clients and the agency. This SaaS client has significant growth ambitions that requires a unique way of working from the team and requires a candidate who is constantly looking for creative ways to achieve exceptional results.

Responsibilities

  • Collaboration with Specialist Teams: Work closely with specialist teams to brief and collaborate on multiple deliverables, including campaign briefs, bi-weekly reporting, and other ad-hoc tasks.
  • Campaign Implementation Oversight: Understand and oversee the campaign implementation process across a range of channels, ensuring smooth execution.
  • Internal Management:  Assist in managing internal status updates and team coordination to ensure smooth operations.
  • Relationship Building: Develop strong relationships with the wider planning and channel teams to enhance collaboration.
  • Weekly Reporting & Insights:  support with bi-weekly reports by collating and reviewing commentary .
  • Account Governance & Admin: Support account governance and administrative tasks, ensuring tools like Monday.com are kept tidy and updated. You'll learn to develop overarching media strategy and plans based upon our clients’ business and campaign goals.
