You will learn about the industry and gain exposure to both planning and buying of all main social platforms as we progress you to the next stage of your development.Day-to-day, you'll communicate directly with stakeholders at major international brands, planning meetings and ensuring that all client reports are insightful. We have a strong international offering, so you will be have exposure in seeing how a full international strategy for some of the worlds' biggest brands are put together. We have expert practitioners working in Assembly for each of these social platforms, so your job will be to bring this expertise together and influence clients to buy our unique proposition.
Your training will be a combination of hands on support, mentoring and access to our custom built Assembly Academy, which is a wealth of resources developed by the business to get you up to speed in your first 6 months. From there, where you go is up to you. We provide the pathways for you to shape your career in whatever way you see fit, with options to move into Manager and Director level roles within your division. We also provide opportunities to move into our Data teams, Consultancy teams or even opportunities abroad. With a dedicated Learning and Talent team to support you, the direction your career takes is up to you!
